Well-functioning stakeholder co-operation
In responsible and sustainable business operations, it is important to take stakeholders into account and maintain open dialogue. Well-functioning stakeholder co-operation increases transparency and the common understanding of our operations and how we develop them.
Our most important stakeholders are our customers and employees, the authorities, our partners and the media, as well as our owners and investors. We communicate regularly with these stakeholders, and we develop our operations in line with their views and wishes.
Personnel
We employ over 600 experts in different parts of Finland. We want to offer our employees a stable and attractive workplace where they can enjoy their work. We take our employees’ perspectives into account through continuous dialogue, and we conduct regular employee surveys to develop our operations.
Customers
At the heart of our service offering are daily banking services intended for private and corporate customers. At the core of our strategy is the promise to provide customers with the most personal and smoothest banking service in Finland in every interaction. We offer multiple channels for customers to provide feedback, and we also listen to our customers through our annual customer surveys. We use the feedback we receive to help develop our operations to better meet our customers’ needs.
Partners and media
We collaborate with various partners, subcontractors and the media. We believe it is important to have secure partnerships where our values are aligned. In our interactions with the media, we strive for open communication and active dialogue.
Authorities
We engage in active dialogue with various authorities. The authorities expect us to comply with the legislation and requirements and to react to any changes.
