• Working history: Alameri joined OmaSp from the Savings Banks Group, where he was the CEO between 2022 and 2025. In addition, Alameri has held several demanding management positions in the Savings Bank Group between 2019 and 2022, OP Financial Group between 2009 and 2018 and Danske Bank between 2007 and 2009. Alameri holds a Bachelor of Science (Econ.) and CEFA.

• Liiri has been the Member of the Management Team since 2015 and Chief Financial Officer of OmaSp since 2018
• Working history: Ms Liiri was the Chief Administrative Officer between 2015 and 2018 and development manager between 2014 and 2015 of OmaSp as well as an account manager of Etelä-Karjalan Säästöpankki between 2006 and 2014. In addition, Liiri has been a member of the Board of Directors of the South Karelia Chamber of Commerce since 2018 and a member of the Board of Directors of Figure Taloushallinto Oy since 2019. Liiri holds a Master of Economic Sciences and an eMBA.

• Sihvonen has started as OmaSp’s Chief Risk Officer on 1 September 2025.
• Working history: Prior to joining OmaSp, Sihvonen was Senior Advisor at EY since 2024. Previously, he worked for Nordea Funds Ltd as Chief Risk Officer in Helsinki in 2019–2024 and as Head of Risk Management in Nordea Bank in New York in 2017–2019. Sihvonen holds a M.Sc. (Econ.).

• Working history: Mr Rissanen has worked as IT Director at Aktia Bank Ltd between 2004 and 2019 and as IT Director at Gyllenberg Private Bank Oy between 2001 and 2004. In addition, Rissanen has been a member of the Board of Directors of Aktia Finance Ltd between 2016 and 2018 and a Deputy Member of the Board of Samlink Oy between 2011 and 2019. Rissanen has been a member of the Representative Council of the Karjaan-Pohjan Savings Bank Foundation since 2016 and Chairman of the Board of Påminne Oy since 2015. Mr Rissanen holds a Master of Economic Sciences.

• Working history: Ms Sirkiä has worked since 2008 in legal affairs and risk control positions in the financial sector, since 2006 in a legal office as a Lawyer and Partner, and since 2000 as a Government Official in various expert and legal positions. Ms Sirkiä holds a Master's degree in law and received the honorary title varatuomari (Master of Laws, trained on the bench) in 2000. 

Chief Communications Officer

• Soikkeli has been member of the Management Team since July 2025.
• Workin history: Soikkeli has previously served as Director of Communications, Marketing, and Sustainability at Handelsbanken Finland. In addition, Soikkeli has held leadership positions in communications, marketing, and sustainability at Metsä Group, Fortum, and Stora Enso. She holds degrees in forestry (MMM) and business administration (MBA).

Chief Operating Officer

• Virtanen has been member of the Management Team since August 2025.
• Working history: Virtanen has previously served as Director, Head of Financial Services, Legal at EY from 2022 to 2025 and has held various positions at Nordea, including Legal Counsel, Vice President of Corporate Banking, Chief Advisor, Head of Private Banking, Head of Unit and Head of Legal Advisory. He holds a law degree, an L.LM and the CEFA qualification.

Santeri Nieminen is the personnel-elected representative in the management team. The term of office is a calendar year. Santeri Nieminen works as a lawyer and credit analyst for the corporate bank.
