Suspicions of violations can be reported via the whistleblowing channel

Oma Savings Bank is committed to complying with laws, regulations, guidelines, and ethical principles in its business operations. Therefore, we take all suspicions of violations seriously. We encourage customers, partners, or staff to report any suspicions they observe via the whistleblowing channel. It allows reporting of suspected violations, misconduct, unethical, or illegal activities.

What should be reported?

We hope you report suspicions of misconduct or similar behaviour, such as fraudulent, dishonest, questionable, illegal, or unethical actions by employees or other violations of laws and regulations.

The whistleblowing channel is intended solely for reporting suspected violations. It is not for customer feedback or complaints.

Reports are handled confidentially

The whistleblowing channel is confidential. Reporting is protected, and the whistleblower is safeguarded. A justified suspicion is sufficient to submit a report, provided it is made in good faith. All reports are handled confidentially, and we encourage you to include your name and contact details. However, anonymous reports are also accepted. The channel is based on a secure and encrypted service.

The whistleblower receives a case-specific web link and PIN code when submitting a report. These can be used to log in again and continue communication with the handler. Please save the link and PIN, as the form cannot be accessed later otherwise.

All personal data and related information are deleted from the system as soon as processing allows. The whistleblower has the right to request and receive a list of all stored data related to their case and to request OmaSp to correct any incomplete or incorrect information.
