Satisfied customers and personnel

Our social responsibility includes all the work we do to support the wellbeing of our personnel and customers. Personal customer service is our key to customer satisfaction. We monitor customer satisfaction and listen to our customers regularly. We also support regional wellbeing by arranging local events and collaborating with local stakeholders.

We continuously strive to support our employees’ holistic wellbeing, and we enable them to continually develop their skills. Employee wellbeing provides the foundation for our strategy: the personal banking service that our customers value.
