Be careful and identify warning signs
When you use your banking codes online or use your bank card to make online purchases, remember that you must not surrender your card details or codes to anyone. Also be wary of strange and suspicious emails or other contacts. They may be a scam. Remember that a bank will never ask you to give your personal data over the phone, by text message or email.
How to proceed if you suspect you are the victim of fraud
If you are the victim of fraud, contact our customer service as soon as possible and tell them what has happened.
Close your online banking codes or card immediately by calling our customer service at tel. +358 20 7640 600 (weekdays, 8 am to 8 pm, Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm) or the card blocking service at tel. +358 20 333 (24 h). The card blocking service is open every day around the clock.
